How I Can Help
I believe the modern world with all the distractions we face every day, has stunted our ability to stay present and explore within. Often the resistance to hardship and difficult emotions can cause us more suffering than necessary. Most of us aren’t taught how to deal with these emotions so our natural instinct is to look outside of ourselves for ways to numb our pain. But the answer lies within, pushing through the discomfort of being present with our pain and surrendering to it, gives us space and time to FEEL. This allows our emotions to be processed in a healthy way and helps avoid being stuck in unhealthy patterns. To be the best version of self we must work from the inside out which will help our inner and outer worlds become more congruent and therefore allow our present to feel more comfortable.
