The term ‘transpersonal’ means ‘beyond the personal’
These sessions are in person (Newquay, Cornwall) or online (zoom).
With general therapy it’s difficult to gauge how many sessions are required. I would usually suggest an initial month of weekly sessions in order to gain momentum and get a feel for the work. In session 4 we can then check in if further sessions, perhaps something more longer term is needed or not.
